About the Casual Coaching Process

I am a certified ADHD coach who is proud to serve the ADHD community!  Through coaching, I help other ADHDers make their dreams a reality, while reducing chaos and finding more ease, fulfillment, and joy in the process. I'm passionate about helping clients build a positive sense of self and belonging in the world, so they can gain clarity about what they want, and build the confidence to give the world their true, irreplaceable selves.

Empowerment & Self-Trust

The kind of coaching you’ll find here is called causal coaching (also known as mindset coaching), because its focus is on getting to the root cause of the behaviors and results you know you’d like to change. The goal is for you to feel more and more autonomy and self-trust, and thus able to do the things you most want to do. For this deeper work, we need to go beyond simple accountability coaching (where the client uses the coach to hold themselves accountable). With that said, weekly coaching sessions also serve as regular check-ins, so accountability is naturally built into the process.

A New Awareness, A New Voice

In each coaching session, we’ll use examples from your daily life to root out self-limiting thoughts and emotional blocks that are operating under the surface. I will hold non-judgmental and compassionate space for you and ask questions that bring awareness to how these may be fueling your current actions and affecting the results you’re getting. This processing allows us to imagine new possibilities and choose a preferred path forward. As your thoughts begin to shift, you may notice your self-talk begin to change—a new voice of clarity coming through the usual chaos and anxiety.

Coaching Today for Long-Term Change

Because we’ll be working with current, specific situations, you’ll be able to apply and practice new ways of thinking and being in real life with coaching support along the way.  Over the course of a few months, we'll hold your overall goals in mind, but as you evolve, you may find even higher goals beginning to emerge. That’s what I call an upward spiral—not only are you solving today’s challenges, but you get to exchange them for higher level ones.
